Today, I'm sharing my interview with Linda von Wowern - our Wealthy Goddess of the Month!

Here’s a recap of what we talked about:

• Linda had invested before she found Real Estate Investor Goddesses, but she had become paralyzed by fear after a really bad investing experience while going through a divorce. She was too scared to invest.
• She heard about the Wealth Through Real Estate Event from her CPA, Marie Grasmeier, who was coming to speak at the event.  She came to the event and in her words, she was "blown away" by the content and the community. It was "exactly what she needed."
• At the event, she saw so many different women being successful in real estate investing in areas she didn't even know existed before. She loved real estate investing and wanted help with her fear. She didn't want to do it alone. Even though she didn't think she could afford to join the program, she felt like she couldn't afford NOT to join the program.
• Even though Linda is a busy real estate agent and mother of 5, she has since acquired one short-term rental in Sedona, Arizona that cash-flows $3,000 - $4000+ per month which she is able to manage from Florida.  She also just acquired another vacation rental in Spain!
• The most important things she has learned were the importance of mindset, overcoming fear, and being in a caring sisterhood.
