All trademarks, service marks, and trade names, including “Real Estate Investor Goddesses,” "Reigoddesses," and “Real Estate Investor Soulmates,” are proprietary to the Company or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Refunds: Refunds are subject to the specific refund terms stated at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise noted, we offer refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Access: Access to coaching programs, courses, and memberships is granted only while your account is in good standing and payment obligations are fulfilled. Upon missed payments, cancellations, or chargebacks, we reserve the right to revoke access immediately, without refund.

Unless otherwise stated, all digital content is for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

5. User Conduct & Community Standards

If you participate in any of our communities (e.g., private Facebook Groups, Kajabi forums, Slack, live coaching calls), you agree to:

  • Be respectful and professional in your interactions

  • Avoid hate speech, harassment, spamming, or self-promotion

  • Follow all additional community guidelines provided

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to community spaces for any violation, without refund or notice.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting comments, feedback, testimonials, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content for any purpose, including marketing, education, or promotion.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

We are not responsible for travel disruptions or losses due to cancellations, emergencies, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions).
