2. Guarantee — You may be eligible for a refund of your $997 if you:
  - Close or secure a property within 90 days, OR
  - Complete all participation requirements (attend calls, daily steps, weekly updates, testimonial).
3. Refund Policy — Refunds are only issued if eligibility criteria are fully met and verified. No refunds for partial participation.
4. Payment Terms — Payment plans (3x $397) are not eligible for refund. Failure to complete payments may revoke program access.
