Hello, dear sister. I’m Monick.
When I was stuck in this painful place, getting out felt impossible.
Yes, I wanted more freedom but it seemed unfathomable (and even self-indulgent) to risk all because of a nagging feeling that I wanted more.
I’d heard that real estate could give me the lifestyle PLUS freedom I had hoped for but I had NO CLUE where to start.
💟 The real estate world was hyper-masculine.
💟 Information I could find was downright confusing!
💟 I couldn’t work out the math on what was a good “deal” or wise investment.

I took the leap anyway.
Despite making a ton of mistakes along the way, I now have a seven-figure real estate investing business with over 1200 doors (apartment buildings, a mobile home park, and an RV park in 5 states that I own with my husband and our investors (most of which we acquired in the past 2 years).
When I see how few women invest in real estate, it breaks my heart because of this:
Real estate is the perfect investment ESPECIALLY for women.
Once women “get” real estate, it’s the perfect marriage that balances family life, true freedom and flexibility. And we get better results on average then men!
Put simply: Women excel at real estate.
